Event Branding & Marketing Materials

Project details

What we need
  • A branded theme for a specific event based on the Organization's existing visual brand identity
  • Materials for the event including, but not limited to, invitations, email designs, graphics for social media, digital flyers, presentation design, and signage
  • Assets and branding guidelines for use in other materials (if applicable)
  • Note: This project does not include the production or printing of physical materials
Additional details

The event is an annual breakfast. The tentative name for the event is "Elevate!". This name was chosen to reflect the nature of our work which is to empower men and women experiencing homelessness and financial vulnerability to reach their goals for self-sufficiency. We do this through our life stabilization, workforce development, and job placement program. The 2019 theme will be "Inspiring Hope and Transforming Lives Together" It does not have to fit our current logo. However, the colors should include (but are not limited to) our brand guidelines.

What we have in place
  • We currently have general brand messaging, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website, FB, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn presence. FB: 2,000; MailChimp: 4,000, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to provide 12 months of life stabilization, workforce development, and job training services (including transportation, supportive services, and meals) to 7 adults.

We need to creatively connect people to the cause of ending homelessness and poverty for men, women, and families. This is lofty but a goal worth championing. We would like to convey the following: empowerment, hope, strength, community, transformation, vision, growth, and inspiration. This project is important because the event logo evokes emotions and thoughts that can compel people to support our work through engagement, advocacy, and donations.
