What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
  • We have our current employee handbook with offer letters. We have a PTO policy that we are looking to re-do for the new year.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to provide professional development to other staff especially those that deal more with operations.

With a efficient handbook and staff policies, we will be able to achieve high staff efficiency. Also with these policies, we will be handle to handle situations, questions, and incidents quicker.
