Additional details

KIDS COUNT in Delaware provides high quality data about the well-being of children, youth and their families for the purpose of effecting positive changes in policy, priorities and programs. We are about to launch a new campaign focused on our online data center and need print materials to share with our users about the benefits of using the data center.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a timeline and brand messaging, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a clear goal, identified audiences, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,262 , allowing us to focus on a policy publication to be released in the Spring of 2019. As we move from a 200 page fact book to primarily the online platform, we want to be sure our users know where to find the data.

For over 20 years we have produced an annual fact book in addition to an online data center. For the first time, the full list of indicators will only be available online. We need to create a data center campaign so that our users know where to find the data. The KIDS COUNT Data Center provides access to hundreds of indicators of child well-being, including all those previously used in our fact book. Users can access raw data or create profiles, maps, rankings and line graphs of data.

We continue to make a difference for Delaware's children by working to:

- COLLABORATE WITH DECISION-MAKERS AND OTHER PARTNERS to forward policies and programs that improve the lives of at-risk children and families.
- PUBLISH RESEARCH that sheds light on how policy and programs impact children and their families.
- SERVE AS A RESOURCE by sharing annual statewide data on hundreds of indicators of child well-being and offering data expertise services to our communities and the organizations that serve them.
