What we need
- An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies

We spent the whole year developing Strategy document and an Operational Plan we need help in making them concise and beautiful.
What we have in place
- We currently have A one page Strategy document , Slide Docs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A draft Operational Plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to support an addition 15 schools under our project 15 stream of work- Project 15 supports 15 schools build alumni networks from scratch.
Concise documents will help us communicate what we do better to funders and other stakeholders. Clarity of our offering to our constituent will help us serve them better.

Our mission
Future First Kenya is the fastest growing nonprofit championing alumni engagement in Kenyan Schools and learning Institutions. We are on a mission to unleash the potential of alumni as a resource for Students, Schools, and Societies to thrive.
What we do
Future First Kenya champions alumni work in Kenyan schools and learning Institutions. Our work is threefold:
Identification and support of alumni and alumni networks through our alumni leadership programme.
Back to School Campaign to mobilize Kenyans to give back to their former schools and to spark a National conversation on alumni engagement.
Annual Alumni Conference -A convening of alumni and other stakeholders. The conference will provide thought leadership on alumni matters and inform policies.
