What we'd like to talk about
We're raising funds to maintain 7 115-year old landmarked buildings in a park. We're looking to identify grants available for historic preservation and parkland and need help with strategy/research.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

Our mission
The Friends of Discovery Park organization has one primary mission: defending the 1972 Master Plan for Discovery Park. This leads the organization into two primary types of activities: 1) working to support the park and staff at the park, and 2) publicly speaking out when proposals are made that would be counter to the Master Plan.
