Additional details
Specifically looking for a local plan in Atlanta that will help us generate awareness and garner support for our Atlanta site.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Site Director and a few partners, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have recent news that we might be able to leverage, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,343 , allowing us to spend those dollars in direct services for our youth!
Atlanta is a site with immense opportunities, but Juma is still relatively new there and we need to make ourselves known in order to garner support from the local community: corporations, individual philanthropists, etc.

Our mission
Juma strives to break the cycle of poverty by paving the way to work, education, and financial capability for youth across America.
What we do
Juma believes in the power of a first job as a tool to empower youth from underserved communities to create personal and social change. Juma is one of the country’s largest social enterprises that employs youth to sell concessions in major sports and entertainment venues, so they can get training and experience, earn an income, build financial capability and ultimately improve their economic well-being. In 2017, Juma will employ nearly 1000 youth across nine cities in the United States.
