What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

I hope to be able to use photos and video that we have to create a short video that will give audiences the gist of our program, the impact we make, and maybe pull on their heartstrings to make donations. Part of our organization's mission is to empower young women to live up to their full potential, so it should be empowering, fun, bright and uplifting. Our theme for our fundraiser this yearsPass The Power. Which embodies the idea of mentors passing the power to the students they serve.

What we have in place
  • We currently have photos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have video clips, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to provide scholarships and quality programming for the students we serve.

This project is important because our organization is in it's 5th year of service to the Philadelphia community and we want to be able to establish our reputation.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)
3
Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
