- An effective and concise document that covers the following: Mission and Vision Statement, Executive Summary, Products, Programs, and Services, Target Market, Marketing Plan, Industry and Competitive Analysis, Financials, Organizational Structure, Management Team/Role of Board, Your Offering, Appendix, etc.
- An internal guide to align day-to-day operations and goals
- A fresh perspective on an Organization’s goals and strategies
What we have in place
- We currently have a blueprint for the org which is our mini-business plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an operating budget for this year to assist you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,028 , allowing us to direct our funds towards our capital campaign as well as general operating costs.
A concise and clear business plan will help us to attract funders of various backgrounds and interests. It will also help us to stay on track with regards to how we plan to grow and scale.

Our mission
The People's Conservatory fosters high level arts creation, study and performance in an effort to promote cultural awareness and positive social change. As artist educators we help young artists them reveal themselves by facilitating experiences that help focus on growth and expansion. The Conservatory curriculum incorporates a wide range of teachings rooted in ethnic and cultural studies, using our students' inherent artistic voices to make them the next generation of culture keepers.
