Project details

What we need
  • 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
  • Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
Additional details

As a newer organization, we want to be utilizing ever facet in the most effective way possible. We have a great board but want to continue to engage our board members and have them involved as efficiently as possible.

What we have in place
  • We are able to connect you with our board members and give you information on what direction we think we may need help in. We also already have several policies in place, but could use help to see what more needs to be drafted.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,773 , allowing us to focus on our training for the organizations we work with, rather than spinning our wheels within our own organization.

Our organization, though small, has some great contacts. However, engaging those contacts can sometimes be tricky. We would like to figure out a way to work with these connections within our own board to really hone in our their strengths and utilize these strengths to further our efforts!

We work with people domestically and internationally to help them launch and lead nonprofit organizations (or NGOs, INGOs, or charitable organizations) which address their community's struggles against poverty, oppression, racism, injustice, and marginalization so that they can be community change-makers.
