- Recommendations and research on venue, catering, and other vendors needed
- Timeline for preparation and outline of team roles & responsibilities
- Recommendations on pre- and post-event communications
- Detailed day-of-event schedule
- Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event. Related projects that may be completed in parallel are the Event Vendor Selection project, the Event Publicity Plan project, and the Event Budget Plan project

We are planning a fundraising dinner for this fall at Audubon Bent of the River. We will have it in our barn so we already have our venue. We hope this will be a fundraiser for us. It won't be large since we don't have a lot of room. We're thinking of having 20 to 25 people.
What we have in place
- We currently have Our own venue, dishes, silverware, table clothes and tables., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a caterer in mind and donated dessert, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to spend more time on Environmental Education. We are a tiny staff of 3- soon to be 4.
We want this to be a yearly fundraiser.
