What we'd like to talk about

Our organization is currently using Salesforce NPSP 2.0 and I'd like to learn more about upgrading to 3.0+; best practices, tips, etc

Additional context

Salesforce Lightning will roll-out in October, and upgrading our organization to NPSP 3.0 is the first step in our process
