What we need
- 1-2 page summary of takeaways and trends from interviewing key individuals (no more than 8 interviews total)
- Identification of the board’s strengths and recommendations for areas of improvement for board members collectively and individually
What we have in place
- We currently have board materials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a board management policy, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $14,873 , allowing us to create a board assessment plan.

Our mission
New Leash on Life USA leverages the powerful bond between humans and dogs to restore hope, healing and well-being to transform lives.
What we do
New Leash's model begins during incarceration with a dog training program that teaches practical life and social-emotional skills, and extends to high-quality case management upon release. Through this comprehensive approach, we prepare men and women for a successful transition as they re-enter society.
