What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
we send out 3 mailing yearly to prospective and past donors. we would like our next mailing to be reviewed for content.
What we have in place
- We have a draft of two letters...one for new donors, one for repeat donors. Will also provide copy of latest annual report as background.
We are a medical center serving uninsured and offering primary medical and dental care, prenatal care, HIV/AIDS management and limited specialty consults. Also provide free medications to uninsured. 80% of our ~16,000 patient visits are for uninsured; remainder for Medicaid, Medicare, managed care.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to use funds elsewhere to support operations.
