Compensation Plan
Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We currently have list of jobs, job descriptions and salary ranges and benefit, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a state association that gathers some data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to retain excellent employees and verify to our donors and funders that we are being responsible with their gifts.
We want to support our employees and reduce the incidence of turnover. We need to know that we are providing market rate salaries and benefits for our employees. A report will guide our internal planning provide grant funders with accurate information about costs. Turnover of staff requires training and on-boarding time, which potentially could reduce the quality and consistency of services we can provide daily to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their children.
