What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
What we have in place
  • We currently have job descriptions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have working board members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to spend more time fundraising and marketing our event.

We need volunteers for our annual fundraiser which raises almost half of our annual operating funds.

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with past volunteer recruitment descriptions and list of Organizational needs and opportunities for volunteer support

Milestone 2: Strategy sessions
  • Up to 3 strategy sessions with Professional to discuss what roles the volunteer program should focus on, a realistic timeline for recruitment, and identify ways for the organization to find volunteers

  • [Suggested session] Identifying where to post volunteer opportunities and content of posting
  • [Suggested session] Discussing marketing tactics and potential partnerships
