Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I would love to work with someone to help improve my leadership skills and to look at our leadership team. I have had help with this in the past but with new grants, I would like to look at the new structure and supports we might put in place to move forward.

What we have in place
  • We currently have many strong individuals in management and leadership., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have flexibility and funding in hiring new staff., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to provide more services for our families since all our programs are free. More importantly, I hope this will help us show our upcoming leaders that there is a pathway up the ladder.

We are at a crossroads with new grants starting and others closing out and it is a good time to look at how we have been doing things and new options for the future. Our organizations chart has not changed much over the past 7 years and we are ready to look at new staffing and management ideas.
