Project details

What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details

We need a full-page (11.75'' x 9.5'') ad created to promote our event in a major local lifestyle magazine. It is a quick turn-around--we confirmed yesterday we can get this space at no cost, but need to have the ad ready by 7/31 end of the business day.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an event logo, organization logo, and branding guidelines, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have existing collateral from the event being promoted in the ad, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to feed and care for our herd of 17 horses that provide therapeutic riding to children and adults with disabilities, at-risk youth, and recovering service members.

This is a phenomenal last minute opportunity for our organization to advertise in a highly respected publication that reaches our target demographic--this sort of exposure will pay huge dividends in the overall financial success of our event--a polo tournament that raises over $150,000 to support our operations year-round.

Testimonials

I shared with Catchafire staff earlier today how thrilled I've been with this whole experience. It's our first try with Catchafire and I can honestly say that in 20+ years of fundraising for small non-profits, it's the first time I've felt like something was really easy and helpful in getting the job done. Mary Kathleen's work was of the highest quality and far exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to working with her again!
