Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

As a Founder I have always had my hands in the day to day trenches, and now I have an Operations Manager so I can be a more traditional Executive Director and move our organization to the next level. I am changing the way I operate and looking for Leadership Coaching from an experienced executive...

What we have in place
  • We currently have strategic plan and organization overview, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have year end reports, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,368 , allowing us to continue to hire more young men who are the highest risk to engage in gang activity.

Help me to let go of operations and put my mind set focused on presenting Crushers in a professional manner to network with higher net worth individuals and go after corporate donors to expand our operations and replicate our model in other cities with high violent crime and gang activity.

Our mission

Our mission is to be the strongest alternative to gangs by providing the support and tools needed for youth to transform their lives and rebuild their futures. Our design replicates the gang model but instead of drugs and guns we use boxing and music.

What we do

We are the only youth operated boxing and music violence prevention club on the south side of Chicago. We have 20 to 25 youth employed at a time and they are in charge of everything from security to supervision to boxing trainers to music producers.
