Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I want to be a stronger leader who can communicate vision in a way that others pursue / add value with vigor and excitement.
I can see what I want, but I'm not sure others do.
We all need to be working toward the same goal/vision -- and in this case it is my responsibility to provide that vision and clarity.

What we have in place
  • We currently have many volunteers and some advisory council members, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a current strategic planning process & board of directors, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to focus on providing programming to the women and girls--our primary focus.

If I can communicate in a way that motivates, I do not think I'll use so much time managing and wondering if people are going to complete tasks. They are volunteers, but shouldn't there be a standard for engagement. I think I'm lacking in the area of motivating them.
