What we need
  • A high-resolution digital version of an illustration that can be used across multiple channels (web, print, and/or merchandising)
Additional details

We need graphic design help in conceptualizing a tee shirt design for an upcoming campaign.

What we have in place
  • We currently have branding guidelines, fonts, and a trademarked logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a rough sketch of what we imagine this shirt will look like, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to offset the cost of each tee shirt distributed.

This tee shirt will be used to help us raise awareness for our cause internationally in an upcoming campaign. The design should be compelling enough to convey the mission of our organization to those who may have never heard of us before. Raising awareness of our cause means we can better serve more families who need us an ensure that they are connected to our resources along their journey.

  • Volunteer Manager sends Professional existing branding or marketing materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with relevant background information on the Organization, mission, and core values

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals, target audience, and how the illustration will be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional align expectations for the initial drawings and agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Sketching
  • Professional drafts and presents three concepts for the Organization’s illustration
  • Volunteer Manager chooses a favorite concept and provides up to two rounds of feedback, which the Professional uses to refine the Illustration

Milestone 3: Presentation of Deliverables
  • Professional delivers a final version of the Illustration in digital form

Our mission

Apraxia Kids is the leading nonprofit that strengthens the support systems in the lives of children with apraxia of speech by educating professionals and families; facilitating community engagement and outreach; and investing in the future through advocacy and research.

What we do

We support children with childhood apraxia of speech by providing resources and education for their families and speech therapists. We also celebrate children with apraxia every year at our annual Walk for Apraxia events across the country.
