Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What we have in place
- We will provide you with our current salary and benefits data.
We also have access to Third Sector New England's 2017 Compensation & Benefits Survey of Nonprofits and the 2020 GuideStar Nonprofit Compensation Report. We would like some assistance in understanding these documents to estimate current compensation levels in the nonprofit sector.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to continue our mission of providing essential services to women experiencing homelessness, hunger and poverty in Boston.
Our employees are the backbone of our organization. We want to make sure we are investing in our employees and compensating them at the level that is appropriate. We don't have much data on salaries in other nonprofits and this project would help us dig deeper into the data out there to review and adjust our current compensation plan.
