What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content
Additional details

We have some survey results that we would like to be able to share in a more creative way. We are looking for some short animations that encompass kid's responses to the question, " what do you want others to know about being a military kid"

What we have in place
  • We currently have a vision and the content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have brand standards, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to raise awareness to the needs of military kids and their families by sharing their stories in a new way.

We seek to educate the general public about the gaps in services for military kids. This project will allow us to share military kids' perspective and help bridge the military civilian divide.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)

Our mission

The mission of Camp Corral is to transform the lives of children of wounded, injured, ill, and fallen military heroes by providing a unique summer camp experience.

What we do

Camp Corral is a unique summer camp for children of wounded, injured, ill, or fallen military heroes. It was created in 2011 by Golden Corral founder, James Maynard, and his daughter, Easter to give back to the military community. Our week-long sessions are free of charge and provide more than 3,000 military-connected youth with a chance to meet and bond with other military kids who share similar experiences.

What began as a one-camp pilot program has grown exponentially to be the largest program of its kind serving the military population. We host 24 separate camp sessions in 19 locations around the country serving children from all 50 states.
