What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

Hi there! We are seeking a video that highlights the words and experiences from our students, particularly the impact of our virtual culinary arts programs on our youth.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Zoom recordings from 5 of our events, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have still images, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to support the purchase of a delivery vehicle along with supplies for twice monthly delivers of groceries, ingredients, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and PPE to students and families.

In response to COVID, our organization has shifted our in-person culinary arts and youth leadership programming to a virtual model. We would love to showcase the impact of this programming to students, families, and funders as we launch our first virtual school year. We would love to highlight our impact on youth through their words, along with the experience of cooking virtually.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
