(Short) Animation Creation

Project details

What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content
Additional details

Interested in animated video for 6-9th graders around dangers of JUULing. In light of the current virus situation that attacks lungs- we'd like to include some of that information as well.

What we have in place
  • We currently have data and sources of information we want conveyed, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated point person, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to continue educating our youth with drug prevention curriculums. Making sure they have the most up to date information and knowledge that will help them make better decisions for themselves.

Our goal is to support a safe, healthy and drug-free community for our youth. This project would help us share some important facts about JUULing in an entertaining and eye catching way.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)
