Storytelling
Project details
What we need
- A compelling narrative, or set of stories
- Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
- Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
- Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details
We need stories about refugees and undocumented immigrants struggling to get access to healthcare in the US.
For this project it's important to have access to the impacted population (undocumented immigrants or refugees).
What we have in place
- We currently have a specialist in story telling you can exchange ideas with, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have non profit structure, and a ".org" email address you can use, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to create a website page full of stories, and also social media content
Bringing attention to the problem is key for getting more volunteers, establishing relationships with other non profits, and for getting funding. We live in a country with 11 millions of undocumented immigrants, we need to tell their stories.

What we do
Because of Covid-19, we have developed a telehealth mobile application that refugees and undocumented immigrants can use to reach doctors that want to help their communities, with total confidentiality while paying pre-negotiated very affordable rates.
Our plan consists of launching our mobile application in the Latino American community of the NY metropolitan area. But our goal is to serve ALL communities in need across the United States, and maybe the World!
Now more than ever, essential workers are making it possible for Americans to stay safe at home now during COVID-19. Many undocumented workers comprise this essential frontline workforce but they have challenges accessing healthcare. They need your help!
