What We Need
  • A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
  • Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders

To define success metrics for the previous 10 years to support development of the decade of impact report celebrating 10 years of existence and creating impact

  • We currently have committed staff to support with the project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have individual project success metrics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $10,240 , allowing us to use saved funding to scale impact and improving educational, health and livelihoods outcomes for children and young people in Malawi.

This project will help the organization to create success metrics for the past 10 years to be used in collecting data for the decade of impact report which will be handy in increasing credibility to supporters and donors.

Project Plan

Prep: Prep & Goal Setting
  • Volunteer Manager outlines any current success metrics measurement activities and strategies for the specific program
  • Professional communicates with the Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session to establish goals for the project
Milestone 1: Analysis of Activity
  • Professional conducts research and analysis to determine the best metrics to track and methods for outcomes measurement and shares the information with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback to the Professional on the metrics and measurement methods suggested
  • Professional incorporates Volunteer Manager’s feedback
Milestone 2: Final Deliverable
  • Professional identifies final success metrics and the inputs necessary to track and calculate them, and shares this information with the Volunteer Manager
