What we need
  • 1-2 page press release that can be distributed to news outlets

Abide is a maternal justice organization led by Black, Indigenous & People of Color. We are on the brink of launching a 1M capital campaign for the opening of the first non-profit birth center of its kind. We are in need of a press release for the capital campaign and/or the Grand Opening of our (soon to be accredited) Easy Access clinic.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a pitch deck for our campaign, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Solid social media and donor base, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,348 , allowing us to continue providing free prenatal and postnatal support to the most vulnerable. Our organization is committed to providing ease of access to culturally congruent care.

This project will help our city and community to know that we exist. It will encourage many to not only support our efforts but to also make BIPOC know that there is a space available in our city that centers their lived experiences.

Our mission

Abide exists to improve birth outcomes in communities with the lowest quality of care by offering healthcare and complimentary services that are easily accessible, holistic, evidence-based and free from judgment.

What we do

We provide prenatal and postnatal care for families in South Dallas and the surrounding areas. Additionally, we offer childbirth education, lactation support, postpartum doulas services and material resources for families in need. We in the process of becoming an Accredited Easy Access Clinic with the JJWay a Commonsense Childbirth Initiative.
