What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We need several videos edited and graphics added to promote our counselors and various topics during mental health awareness month (May) and minority mental health awareness month (July)

What we have in place
  • We currently have completed videos and formatting, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a volunteer coordinator, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to serve more clients looking for low/no cost therapy

This project will allow us to provide information on mental health practices to the larger community, as well as market our therapists and increase the likelihood that viewers reach out for much needed mental health support.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
