What we need
- Up to 5 new reports in an Organization’s instance of Salesforce
- Training on how to interpret and make basic updates to reports
Additional details
- Need a report to pull list of members who are due to pay membership dues
- Need a report to pull list of prospective members by state
- Need a report to pull list of members who paid 2019, 2020, and 2021 membership dues
- Need a report to pull list of members who have paid Fund the Future pledge
- Need a report to pull grants received
What we have in place
- We currently have data in Salesforce for all these categories/reports, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have admin access, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to hire a part-time administrative assistant and invest in needed software to streamline operations.
This project will help us provide basic membership information and financial reports to gauge membership dues revenue and tracking capacity and provide a projection of dues received. This project will help us eliminate current system of duplicate tracking with Salesforce and Excel.
