What we need
- An assessment of Organization's IT infrastructure including costs, speed, reliability and security
- Advice on various IT services and the cost-benefit associated with each option
- Potentially more efficient and secure services
- Note: This does not include tech systems set up or implementation
Additional details
We'd like to review our use of IT to determine which product will meet our needs best and if we can use one product for multiple task to streamline our system and reduce costs. IT needs include, email & cloud for small team, email marketing (e.g. newsletter), database management (membership & volunteer database), ecommerce (membership subscription management & online shop) and potentially CRM use.
What we have in place
- We currently have a staff members working on IT systems review, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a basic knowledge of IT systems and a map of our needs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,001 , allowing us to invest in community actions on the ground to save wildlife.
We are an Irish wildlife conservation charity. We are a small team with a large number of volunteers a really important mission and a lot of enthusiasm to grow and achieve. Streamlining our systems such and membership subscription management and online fundraising will help us grow.
