Mission

DIM is dedicated to providing currently and formerly incarcerated Adults and At-Risk Youth with coordinated services and job training opportunities, focusing on restoring and realizing their maximum potential spiritually, physically and economically. The Executive Director will address youth at juvenile detention centers. DIM staff will manage an Impact Program in each of these centers.
