Biography
My passion is working with communities to understand share information and move to action on complex problems I hold an MA and PhD in ecological-community psychology from Michigan State University. In my professional life, I study how people collaborate and share information in community settings with a particular focus on coalitions. I also work with communities to use tools from complexity science and systems thinking to improve understanding of social issues. I employ community-engaged research approaches and have collaborated with partners working on improving postsecondary attainment early childhood service systems and local and regional food systems.
